This pic was taken during our session on 07Dec99. (See diary entry .) This was the middle section of the session (sorry no pix of third and final section). It may not look it but I was very stretched and my hands went numb after about fifteen minutes. That's five and a half pounds of ball-weights - which Steve kept kicking to keep them moving - that hurts!
