The following are not mandatory! I'm just as happy in sessions where some are missing!
Like most guys, I usually like to start off not too hard and gradually build up the severity during a session. I can then take a pretty hard beating on my arse without marking or bruising. (I have an other-half who does not like me being marked in any way and I try to respect that.) Most Tops have been surprised that I can take as much as I can.

I have some leather (shorts, jock, shirt, singlet, chaps) but it's not much good in sessions as it tends to be over protective and too hot. I also have some uniform (squaddie's and a Boy Scout's).
